Job Summary

Lead Blackline transformation and operational activities for matching, reconciliations, and journal entry processes. Configure and customize the Blackline platform, gather and document business requirements, and support scoping, fit-gap, and design workshops. Map and integrate data with existing SAP finance systems, assist project planning, and collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless implementation. Provide end-user training and support as SME before and immediately after go-live.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and map business requirements and processes for Blackline matching, reconciliations, and journal entries.
•Configure and customize the Blackline platform to align with organizational needs.
•Perform data mapping and integration with existing SAP financial systems.
•Participate in and document scoping, fit-gap, and design workshop outputs, agreements, and questions.
•Provide training and support to end users on Blackline functionalities pre go-live and immediately post go-live.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP, preferably SAP RTR and/or SAP Finance.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in Blackline.
•Expert knowledge of Blackline transformation and operational activities.
•Account reconciliation and Lease accounting experience.
•Ability to gather and document business requirements for new Matching and Journal Entry processes using Blackline.
