Sales Associate I

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a Coach brand ambassador. Build client relationships through styling and fashion expertise, drive sales with cross-sell and upsell, and execute individual and store KPIs. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily operations including transactions, inventory processing, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
