Serve as a trusted legal advisor reporting to the General Counsel, supporting corporate and commercial real estate initiatives. Lead and support acquisitions, dispositions, land use, and development transactions, drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, leases, easements, and related contracts. Perform title, survey, zoning/land-use, and environmental due diligence, advise stakeholders on risks and strategies, and help improve efficiency through templates and legal playbooks.

•Lead and support commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, land use, and development projects.
•Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, licenses, development agreements, and other real estate-related contracts.
•Conduct legal due diligence, including title and survey review, zoning and land use analysis, and environmental and regulatory assessment.
•Advise business stakeholders on real estate risks, transaction structures, and legal strategies to support company objectives.
•Coordinate with title companies, surveyors, and government agencies; support permitting, entitlement, and land use matters as applicable.

•Demonstrated experience managing sophisticated real estate transactions from initial negotiation through closing.
