Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, land use, and development projects.
  • •Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, licenses, development agreements, and other real estate-related contracts.
  • •Conduct legal due diligence, including title and survey review, zoning and land use analysis, and environmental and regulatory assessment.
  • •Advise business stakeholders on real estate risks, transaction structures, and legal strategies to support company objectives.
  • •Coordinate with title companies, surveyors, and government agencies; support permitting, entitlement, and land use matters as applicable.
