Job Summary

Own and administer the ARIS platform as a product owner, ensuring availability, performance, and an excellent user experience. Define and govern ARIS modelling standards and repository conventions, manage environments (configuration, access, licensing, upgrades), and oversee integrations and data flows. Lead L3 incident and problem management, support upgrades, and drive continuous operational improvement for the RTB pod using ITIL practices and SLAs/SLOs. Serve as an ARIS SME for stakeholders and executive workshops.

Key Responsibilities

•Own ARIS as product owner (or equivalent repository) and ensure availability, performance, and user experience.
•Administer ARIS environments including configuration, user/role management, access controls, licensing, upgrades/patch coordination, and release planning.
•Define and maintain ARIS standards for modelling conventions, meta-model governance, naming standards, version control, and repository structure.
•Manage integrations and data flows with reporting, workflow tools, document repositories, and CMDB/service tools (where applicable).
•Provide L3 support and lead incident/problem/change management, including root-cause analysis, permanent fixes, agile/lean operational ceremonies, and SLA/SLO ownership.

Key Requirements

•8+ years’ experience across process architecture, enterprise tooling administration, and/or operational service leadership in a regulated environment, with banking/financial services preferred.
•Hands-on ARIS administration including user/role design, repository governance, configuration, upgrades, and support.
•Service delivery leadership using ITIL practices (Incident/Problem/Change/Request).
•Audit/regulatory operating experience with a control mindset and evidence-based delivery.
•ARIS modelling governance and standards knowledge (BPMN/EPC or other relevant notations).
