Key Responsibilities

  • •Own DevX infrastructure that impacts every engineer, working across Automation Pipeline, Developer Workflows, and Build & Collaboration domains.
  • •Build and maintain CI/CD systems, test infrastructure, release automation, and deployment safety mechanisms.
  • •Optimize developer experience across the SDLC, including developer environments (local/remote), build system performance, IDE integrations, and AI-assisted development tooling.
  • •Maintain source control systems, monorepo tooling, build systems (Bazel), and code review infrastructure, including developer environments.
  • •Deliver high-leverage initiatives that eliminate systemic friction, such as reducing build times and enabling self-service platforms for faster independent team delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong background in Platform Engineering with solid programming experience in Python and Go; experience with Java or TypeScript is a plus.
  • •Proven track record building and operating systems at scale, including supporting large engineering organizations (1000+ engineers).
  • •Experience with AWS or GCP (AWS is used).
  • •Thorough Kubernetes production experience, including containerization and orchestration.
  • •Hands-on experience building and maintaining complex CI/CD pipelines and monorepo build tooling (Bazel valued); Infrastructure as Code with Terraform/Ansible/CloudFormation is required.
