Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising
  • •Conceptualize and develop storyboards, frames, and animation sequences aligned with brand objectives
  • •Maintain visual consistency and technical quality across all motion outputs while elevating design through experimentation and art direction
  • •Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to translate objectives into motion-driven content and present concepts to stakeholders
  • •Oversee motion production from concept to delivery, develop reusable templates/motion design systems, manage multiple projects, and troubleshoot animation/rendering/VFX issues

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or a related field
  • •5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production
  • •Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other motion design tools (Cinema 4D, Blender a plus)
  • •Strong storytelling, timing, and visual composition skills
  • •Portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced motion design and animation work
