Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cost management services and provide strategic direction to a cost management team to deliver accountabilities.
  • •Serve as primary client-facing lead and coordinate with stakeholders and other consultants across all project stages.
  • •Perform quantity surveying, cost controls, and change management activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Provide first-point reporting on overall commercial status, including margin tracking and monthly fee/resource forecasts using internal software.
  • •Drive cost management best practices, improve procedures and templates, and support proposal/RFP responses and networking activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.
  • •Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering preferred.
  • •Experience leading cost management work in a construction consultancy setting strongly preferred.
  • •SME in Quantity Surveying and RICS certified or equivalent accreditation. Demonstrated presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.
