Key Responsibilities

•Create and maintain Celonis Professional Services communications and assets, owning content design and material management.
•Coordinate global and regional CS programs, including session scheduling, content preparation, communications, and post-session success reporting for onboarding and upskilling live sessions.
•Support stakeholder management by liaising with CS Programs team members to gather requirements and gather feedback on enablement program effectiveness and prioritization.
•Analyze program compliance and produce reports for leadership review; understand business needs to assess effectiveness.
•Collaborate with CS leadership and cross-functional teams across operational, product, and business functions in a global, fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements

•BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
•Experience with SaaS sales, customer success or as a consultant is a plus.

•Excellent project management and organizational skills with ability to work across time zones.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish or German a plus).
