Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development, calibration and verification of wastewater network models using platforms such as InfoWorks ICM.
  • •Provide technical oversight and quality assurance across multiple projects while guiding wider project teams.
  • •Undertake and oversee hydrology and groundwater investigation tasks that inform wastewater modelling studies.
  • •Analyse complex datasets and modelling outputs to produce high-quality technical reports and client deliverables.
  • •Act as technical lead on major frameworks and modelling programmes; mentor junior team members and contribute to bids and business development activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree (BEng/MEng or MSc) in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources, or a related discipline.
  • •Extensive experience in wastewater network modelling within a consultancy or water utility environment.
  • •Strong proficiency with industry-standard modelling software (e.g., InfoWorks ICM).
  • •Strong understanding of UK water industry regulations, AMP cycles, and wastewater planning frameworks.
  • •Proven ability to lead projects and provide technical direction, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
