Key Responsibilities

•Conduct business reviews with accounts to identify opportunities that increase revenue, profitability, and market share.
•Maintain ongoing vendor relationships through regular phone calls and emails, providing service and support to resolve operational issues.
•Ensure vendor item lists are always up to date and optimize vendor content such as MOA, delivery time, and prep time.
•Renegotiate commission rates and renew existing contacts to build new commercial relationships.
•Drive advertising and promotions by acquiring brand pictures, generating coupons/promotions/vouchers, and encouraging vendors to digitalize and use the online payment gateway.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3+ years of sales experience.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
•Strong negotiation skills to renegotiate offers and renew contacts.
•Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to resolve operational issues.
•Strong analytical skills with Excel skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
