Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee general ledger, AR, AP, inventory, and payroll; prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • •Run and maintain month-end and year-end close processes, including balance sheet reconciliations and coordination with an external CPA firm.
  • •Manage cash flow and liquidity, AR collections, AR aging, customer credit policies, and vendor payments/terms.
  • •Lead inventory accounting and reconciliation, ensure accurate inventory valuation/costing, and report variances and shrinkage.
  • •Establish internal controls for compliance and audits; optimize Sage 100 ERP usage and implement process improvements/automation using AI tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of Controller (or equivalent) experience in a small to mid-sized business.
  • •Strong distribution, beverage, or consumer goods accounting experience.
  • •Hands-on inventory and cost accounting with inventory reconciliation and variance/shrinkage reporting.
  • •Experience managing accounts receivable, collections, and cash flow/work- ing capital (including AR aging and credit policies).
  • •Strong GAAP and financial reporting experience with ERP systems (preferably Sage 100) and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills.
