Job Summary

Support regulatory compliance for the IT sector by monitoring and analyzing global and regional laws, standards, and industry requirements. Assist with compliance monitoring, internal audits, policy and process development, and compliance risk/vulnerability identification. Help prepare compliance documentation and reports for stakeholders, including auditors and regulators, and contribute to data protection and privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR/CCPA), incident response planning, training, and compliance-related contract reviews.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and analyze regulatory changes and assess their impact on the company’s compliance obligations.
•Assist with compliance monitoring against legal and regulatory requirements.
•Support internal audits, review documentation, and track compliance initiatives and action items.
•Develop, review, and update compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines to align with legal/regulatory requirements.
•Assist with compliance reporting, compliance training, data protection/privacy compliance, incident response planning, and compliance-related contract reviews.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in law, business, compliance, or a related field.
•Relevant compliance certifications such as CCEP, CISSP, or CRCM.
•Seasoned knowledge of laws and regulations affecting the IT industry, including data protection, antitrust, export controls, and industry-specific regulations.
•Seasoned experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles within the IT industry (or related field).
•Seasoned experience with compliance auditing, reporting, and documentation, ideally in a global matrixed organization.
