Key Responsibilities

•Establish and execute the high-level strategic direction of project controls, including cost, risk, and schedule management.
•Lead the project budget approval process and develop/approve the project budget, cash flow and financial plan.
•Manage risk workshops, identify risks, assess likelihood/severity, and assign mitigation actions and owners.
•Oversee cross-functional project controls deliverables and lead development of regular reporting and documentation for gateways and approvals.
•Lead the Project Controls Team, ensure deliverables meet quality controls, and coordinate risk management processes, Monte Carlo analyses, and performance metrics.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field; graduate degree preferred.
•10+ years of relevant project controls experience with 2+ years leading project control teams in a consulting environment.
•Proven track record in schedules, cost control, estimating and risk management; experience implementing and managing a project controls system for major capital projects.
•Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
•Strong leadership, analytical, presentation and communication skills with ability to influence and motivate project teams.
