Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide and coordinate patient-centric, evidence-based nursing care in line with ethical and professional standards.
  • •Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi-professional team according to clinical standards and legislation.
  • •Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing, and managing risks per clinical risk policies and procedures.
  • •Create and contribute to a learning environment by supervising, mentoring, and coaching learners and nursing employees.
  • •Take active responsibility for positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
  • •Registered Nurse experience.
  • •Interest to work in the Maternity Ward.
  • •Basic Arabic language skills.
  • •Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office and strong English verbal and written communication.
