Key Responsibilities

•Lead ERP Implementations end-to-end, including project planning, steering and delivery for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM
•Support the sales team with offers for potential and existing customers and contribute to strategic development of the ASG ERP Practice
•Develop and coach ~25 experts within the Delivery Lead Community, promoting knowledge transfer and best practices
•Ensure project goals (budget, schedule, quality) are met and manage customer and team challenges across multinational teams
•Preserve agile project delivery using Avanade methodologies and collaborate with onshore and offshore teams

Key Requirements

•Proven ERP project leadership experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM
•Experience leading cross-functional, cross-border teams (onshore/offshore) and agile delivery
•Ability to define end-to-end processes and deliver services with technical/functional ERP expertise
•Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft or a related field
•Fluent in German and English (minimum B2); additional languages are a plus
