Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain productivity and quality output of the lining machines.
  • •Perform tooling changes, set-ups, and troubleshoot lining support equipment such as glue systems and conveying systems.
  • •Remove and install die sets.
  • •Accurately complete routine paperwork and submit work orders for repairs beyond the department mechanic’s ability.
  • •Comply with safety, quality, customer, ISO, SQF, and other regulatory requirements and report concerns or suggest improvements.

Salary: USD 22 - 25

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Excellent attendance and a good work history.
  • •Score 62% or higher on the Mechanical Aptitude Test.
  • •Good mechanical aptitude and ability to quickly learn high-speed lining machine mechanics.
  • •Knowledge of product and lining materials; must be able to work safely in a production environment and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
