Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with product development and management teams to deliver new Alternative products and product management projects efficiently and on time.
  • •Own project delivery for key Alternative initiatives, including creating timelines and ensuring parties meet agreed deadlines.
  • •Manage the mechanics of the product launch process and seek process efficiencies to improve delivery timeliness.
  • •Present and facilitate review and approval of new products with the Board.
  • •Ensure product delivery aligns with HSBC standards, internal controls, FCC/TCF principles, and applicable risk and compliance requirements (including FIM standards).

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrate significant prior project management and product delivery experience at an established asset manager.
  • •Strong Alternatives product knowledge would be advantageous.
  • •Familiarity with the ESG regulatory landscape and some understanding of sustainability risk would be advantageous.
  • •Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple complex initiatives with overlapping timelines in a compliant, risk-controlled manner.
  • •Proficiency with monday.com and willingness to study for a professional project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2) preferable.
