Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and enforce governance over inventory, ensuring accurate records and audit trails; investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • •Partner with Supply Chain and Operations to strengthen process discipline and control adherence and improve inventory integrity
  • •Oversee physical cycle counts and year-end counts; ensure compliance with corporate policies and internal controls
  • •Assist in closing activities and the preparation of monthly/annual inventory-related financial reports; analyze movements, trends, and variances
  • •Act as a trusted finance partner to Supply Chain and external partners; provide insights to support operational decision-making and cost control

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified Accountant or equivalent post-graduate qualification
  • •3 to 5 years of relevant experience in finance business partnering, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain
  • •Strong expertise in inventory control and reconciliation
  • •Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
  • •Excellent presentation skills and ability to influence stakeholders across functions
