Job Summary

Join Dyson's In House Manufacturing (IHM) Finance team as a Finance Analyst focusing on inventory governance, controls, and accurate reporting across internal and external sites. Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, and external manufacturers to ensure inventory integrity, identify discrepancies, and drive timely resolutions while enabling informed cost and operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and enforce governance over inventory, ensuring accurate records and audit trails; investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
•Partner with Supply Chain and Operations to strengthen process discipline and control adherence and improve inventory integrity
•Oversee physical cycle counts and year-end counts; ensure compliance with corporate policies and internal controls
•Assist in closing activities and the preparation of monthly/annual inventory-related financial reports; analyze movements, trends, and variances
•Act as a trusted finance partner to Supply Chain and external partners; provide insights to support operational decision-making and cost control

Key Requirements

•Qualified Accountant or equivalent post-graduate qualification
•3 to 5 years of relevant experience in finance business partnering, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain
•Strong expertise in inventory control and reconciliation
•Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
•Excellent presentation skills and ability to influence stakeholders across functions
