•Establish and execute standards and expectations for work effort and performance, with ongoing feedback against those standards.
•Implement lean manufacturing measures to balance value streams and shop floor operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
•Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure customer happiness and smooth production flow.
