Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day support for Collateral, SCI, and SAP COMSEC activities within Special Access Programs.
  • •Conduct secure equipment and classified keying material inventories, inspections, and COMSEC oversight functions.
  • •Administer Top Secret inventory and document control for COMSEC equipment and materials, including discrepancy reporting per agency policy.
  • •Coordinate installation of secure telephone equipment and ensure delivery of encryption devices and keying material to IT specialists.
  • •Train personnel on COMSEC procedures and the use of related equipment, and ensure AISS security requirements are complied with.

Key Requirements

  • •Top Secret/SCI clearance currently required and willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph.
  • •5+ years of related experience, including SAP experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of COMSEC accountability and procedures for acquisition, issue/receipt, inventory, and mailing of COMSEC equipment and materials.
  • •Ability to administer secure equipment and classified keying material inventories, inspections, and related oversight functions.
  • •Bachelor’s degree OR Associate’s degree in a related area plus 2 years’ experience, or equivalent experience (4 years).
