Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with senior bankers to help win new business and execute transactions across CMA’s financing and advisory toolkit.
  • •Lead core corporate finance analyses including benchmarking, valuation, capital structure/allocation, and investor targeting and returns analyses.
  • •Analyze industry and company dynamics and financial statements to support approval and credit decision making.
  • •Draft and refine pitchbooks and strategic client materials to ensure they are client-ready.
  • •Oversee, train, and coach analysts, including reviewing models and materials and setting quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from a leading university with strong academic performance.
  • •Front office experience at a global investment bank, ideally in M&A, Sector Coverage, or a Capital Markets team; consider existing Associate-level candidates or rising 3rd-year Analysts.
  • •FINRA licensing: SIE, Series 79, Series 63, or expected to acquire required licenses within 120 days of joining.
  • •Strong corporate finance toolkit including accounting, financial modelling and valuation, plus understanding of global financial and capital markets.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with familiarity with FactSet, Capital IQ, and Bloomberg.
