Senior Project Manager - Data Centers / Due Diligence

Lead multidisciplinary due diligence and project evaluation programs for data center site selection and investment planning across North America. Serve as the primary client representative and trusted advisor, coordinating technical consultants and stakeholders to assess feasibility, schedules, budgets, risks, and constraints such as power, utilities, fiber, environmental factors, permitting, and land acquisition. Synthesize findings into executive-level reports and guide client decisions from identification and acquisition through development readiness.
