Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate, monitor, control, and adjust process equipment and operating conditions (temperatures, pressures, levels, flow rates) to support safe production.
  • •Conduct field rounds, inspect equipment, collect process samples, and make operating adjustments based on laboratory results.
  • •Operate Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and PLC control systems as required.
  • •Maintain operational, EH&S, maintenance, and compliance documentation accurately and on time.
  • •Perform equipment cleaning, support lockout/tagout activities, and maintain housekeeping and safety standards while participating in safety initiatives and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
  • •Associate degree or technical education in Process Technology, Chemical Technology, or related field preferred.
  • •Alternatively, 5+ years of chemical plant experience may substitute for a degree (preference for plant operator experience).
  • •Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, email, and internet-based systems.
  • •Ability to follow operating procedures and work instructions accurately while maintaining strong safety and compliance with EH&S standards.
