Sales Center Manager

Lead day-to-day operations for a sales center by growing sales, profitability, and market share while improving customer and employee satisfaction. Manage inside and outside sales efforts, multi-channel marketing, pricing, promotions, and vendor coordination. Own financial performance (budget and P&L), oversee accounts receivable and cash management, and ensure operational compliance, inventory targets, and safety regulations. Hire, train, and manage a team and drive business development through product and market initiatives.
