Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate, plan, and supervise grading crews to complete work safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
  • •Operate equipment for rough grade, finish grade, slope work, and other excavating operations.
  • •Inspect equipment prior to use and at the end of shift.
  • •Inform the Superintendent of construction needs (materials, equipment, and staffing) to avoid delays and complete paperwork timely.
  • •Inspect grading work throughout construction to ensure it meets specifications. (Ability to operate other equipment preferred.)
