Key Responsibilities

  • •Work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to execute technical and product strategy and deliver new features for moderators.
  • •Contribute to the full development cycle including technical design, development, test, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
  • •Review code and design docs; provide feedback on product specs and mocks.
  • •Lead a team of engineers by setting standards, improving developer workflows, recommending best practices, and coaching/mentoring teammates.

Key Requirements
