Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and support execution of key store operational processes, ensuring inventory accuracy and escalating process/system gaps as needed.
  • •Champion operational standards on the sales floor using business performance data and support sell-through by coordinating inventory counts and labor hours for deliveries.
  • •Support a safe work environment and efficient store operation.
  • •Partner with the General Manager on budget, reporting, and business metrics (e.g., expenses and sell-thru) and planning workflows such as quarterly business reviews.
  • •Lead the Operations team through accountability, coaching, talent development, scheduling, and pipeline building via succession planning and recruitment.
