Senior Director, Sales Automation

Lead the Sales AI and Automation product portfolio, defining strategy, roadmap, and priorities that reduce manual effort and improve sales team productivity. Partner with sales leaders to identify workflow opportunities across Salesforce and the broader sales/marketing tech ecosystem. Drive product discovery, translate needs into requirements and success metrics, and partner with engineering, data, architecture, and design through launch and adoption while measuring outcomes and continuously optimizing.
