Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Scaled Higher Education business across LATAM, including strategy, planning, execution, and results for universities with fewer than 5,000 students.
  • •Manage and grow a broad portfolio by building relationships with university stakeholders and developing scalable sales approaches.
  • •Drive university-wide adoption by demonstrating Canva’s value, navigating the buying process, and supporting successful deployments across departments and faculty.
  • •Maintain a healthy, predictable business by managing pipeline and portfolio priorities to consistently deliver against targets.
  • •Use data and user insights to identify growth opportunities and partner cross-functionally with Customer Success to improve the Higher Education go-to-market approach.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in Higher Education or Education Technology, including understanding how universities evaluate, purchase, and adopt technology.
  • •Fluency in Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus for engaging stakeholders across LATAM.
  • •Strong sales experience owning a territory or portfolio, managing pipeline, navigating sales cycles, and working toward revenue and growth targets.
  • •Scaled portfolio management skills to prioritize opportunities and manage a broad book of business.
  • •A consultative approach to selling, with the ability to communicate value and build compelling business cases for different university stakeholders.
