Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor deposit performance trends across sales production, balance growth, client acquisition/retention, net interest income, fee revenue, and overall revenue; identify improvement opportunities.
  • •Apply subject-matter expertise to deposits and debit product projects with technical understanding.
  • •Analyze business and client needs to recommend product enhancements and new products; document requirements and drive profitable, compliant growth initiatives.
  • •Support the design and execution of marketing, promotional, and sales campaigns to drive client acquisition and deepen retention.
