Drive end-to-end business process discovery and analysis for Sales, Service, and Marketing clouds, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and data gaps. Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, wireframes, and data models, then design scalable declarative Salesforce solutions with architects and developers. Facilitate stakeholder workshops in Agile/Scrum environments and apply process improvement approaches to optimize Salesforce outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead discovery, mapping, and analysis of complex, cross-functional business processes across Sales, Service, and Marketing clouds.
•Identify operational bottlenecks, redundant workflows, and data gaps, and propose optimized to-be processes for Salesforce.
•Facilitate workshops and interviews with executive stakeholders and business units to elicit functional and non-functional requirements.
•Translate high-level requirements into detailed user stories, process flows, wireframes, and data models.
•Partner with Salesforce architects and developers to design scalable, out-of-the-box (declarative) Salesforce solutions while minimizing technical debt.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst, with at least 5+ years focused on the Salesforce platform.
•Deep hands-on knowledge of Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, and Experience clouds), with strong familiarity with CPQ and/or MuleSoft as a plus.
•Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and apply process improvement approaches such as Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma.
•Strong process mapping and collaboration skills using tools like Lucidchart, Miro, or Visio.
•Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills, including translating technical concepts for non-technical partners.
