Manage end-to-end customs clearance for all import shipments, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate documentation. Coordinate import logistics and delivery timing, including shunting transport arrangements. Oversee materials purchasing activities in SAP, from requisitions through purchase orders and delivery tracking. Handle trade compliance needs like origin certifications and duty-exemption processes, liaise with suppliers and brokerage agents, and maintain import records while monitoring KPIs and policy changes.
