Mortgage Warehouse Control Specialist

Prepare and manage commercial loan legal documents to protect bank assets within Mortgage Warehouse Lending. Verify data, resolve client inquiries, monitor risk areas and exceptions, and ensure client setup requirements are completed. Inspect executed documents for accuracy and compliance, manage document imaging/receipt, and reconcile MWL deposit and general ledger accounts. Review Fidelity and E&O insurance coverage and handle audit confirmation requests while supporting internal, business, and client stakeholders.
