Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive execution of Physical AI engineering programs, translating business priorities into executable plans.
  • •Lead execution across multiple Agile/Scrum teams, coordinating dependencies and resolving critical risks.
  • •Manage program planning including resource plans, headcount planning, budgets, and quarterly financial forecasting.
  • •Partner across global Engineering, AI, Product Management, UX, and business teams to maintain delivery against milestones.
  • •Present program status, risks, dependencies, and financials to technical teams and senior business leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or related roles.
  • •Proven track record delivering large, complex engineering/software programs on time and within budget.
  • •Experience leading execution across multiple Agile/Scrum engineering teams.
  • •Experience with resource planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to align technical and business stakeholders.
