Key Responsibilities

  • •Support customers with everyday banking and long-term financial planning throughout the programme.
  • •Build meaningful client relationships and help clients grow, manage wealth, and achieve ambitions.
  • •Gain grounding in the product suite, including accounts, credit cards, loans, mortgages, savings, investments, and wealth management.
  • •Learn how digital tools track conversations, manage relationships, and uncover new opportunities.
  • •Complete rotations across business areas to understand how teams operate and how initiatives are designed and delivered.

Key Requirements

  • •Be available to work full time from July 2027 onwards.
  • •Be a recent graduate with less than 2 years’ full-time work experience (or due to graduate by July 2027).
  • •Have obtained, or expect to achieve, a minimum GPA of 4.0/5.0 or 3.2/4.0 (or overseas equivalent).
  • •Be fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage.
  • •Be legally permitted to work in Hong Kong for the full programme and beyond, without requiring HSBC visa sponsorship.
