Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted technical hand-on operator for customers.
  • •Provide strategic benefit through Amplitude data audit and taxonomy clean-up.
  • •Assist customers in mapping data-flow architecture between Amplitude and upstream sources (Segment, mParticle, Snowflake, BigQuery, RudderStack, etc.).
  • •Create integration playbooks and run deep-dive investigations into data discrepancies with recommended action plans.
  • •Audit existing Amplitude implementations against best practices (SDK version, instrumentation patterns, property naming, event-volume efficiency) and collaborate with internal teams to improve the data management experience.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in a technical, customer-facing data or analytics role (implementation, solutions/sales engineering, analytics engineering, or data consulting).
  • •Competent in programming and web/mobile development concepts (SQL, JavaScript, Java, Python, Android, iOS, and RESTful APIs).
  • •Working knowledge of CDPs and event pipelines (Segment, mParticle, RudderStack).
  • •Familiarity with cloud data warehouses, especially Snowflake and BigQuery.
  • •Understanding of event taxonomy design and data governance principles, with strong cross-time-zone collaboration.
