Job Summary

Build trusted relationships with consumer and business customers by engaging them in person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess banking needs, process account information, and educate clients on deposit and loan products and digital self-service tools. Proactively follow up and recommend solutions aligned to each customer’s goals, while partnering with branch teams to deliver an optimal client experience. Open accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications; support NMLS registration requirements.

Key Requirements

•Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients, and demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
•Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems; experience with digital products and self-service technologies is preferred.
