Job Summary

Lead a field-based team managing indirect channel partners in Abu Dhabi (5+ partners), driving fixed services revenue KPIs, partner profitability, and operational excellence. Own partner-led revenue growth and P&L performance, run governance via business reviews, execute territory activities like roadshows and kiosks, improve partner capability through training, and support people leadership, recruitment, coaching, and performance management aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive achievement of fixed services KPIs and partner-led revenue growth.
•Own partner P&L performance and implement corrective action plans based on performance monitoring.
•Manage the indirect partner portfolio and run regular business reviews/performance tracking.
•Execute territory sales activation such as roadshows, kiosks, and building tie-ups; collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and operations.
•Lead partner capability and people leadership by identifying training needs, improving productivity/manpower expansion, and managing performance/engagement/attrition.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Telecom, Sales or Marketing).
•Minimum 5+ years in partner/channel management or sales.
•Strong knowledge of the UAE market.
•Good understanding of the telecommunications industry (or relevant industries like FMCG or retail distribution) preferred.
•Strong people management skills.
