•Ensure Pandora standards in image, product, and customer service while setting and aligning team and individual objectives with commercial strategy.
•Analyze KPIs to make data-driven decisions that maximize performance from the initial months.
•Manage store operations, including scheduling, budgeting, stock, and orders for a newly opened location.
