Financial Operations Associate

Own core accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows, including vendor payments, customer invoicing, and collections. Prepare domestic and international wire transfers for Controller/CFO approval and serve as the primary point of contact for vendor payment inquiries. Support cash tracking and short-term cash flow reporting, maintain accurate financial records across systems and spreadsheets, and help improve finance processes and controls as Protege scales.
