Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute strategic account plans for distributors and retailers to maximize delivery, sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
•Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers to align their strategic goals with Philips values and drive long-term partnerships.
•Work autonomously to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and CRM data updates to support strategic decisions.
•Collaborate with Philips Sales Excellence and OP teams to forecast, plan promotions, and minimize unhealthy inventory levels.
•Mentor junior sales staff and promote a culture of high performance and continuous learning.

Key Requirements

•Experience in B2C distributor/retailer management, sales and account management (practical experience with distributors and retailers)
•Experience in sales within consumer electronics, FMCG, or drugstore businesses (preferred)
•Bachelor's degree or higher
•Strong skills in account strategy, CRM usage, KPI management and data analysis
•Ability to mentor junior sales staff and contribute to cross-functional collaborations
