Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the data management agenda, including governance of data assets (governance plan/structure) and execution of data management strategy.
  • •Define and monitor KRI’s, escalate non-compliance, and oversee the design and execution of data controls and data quality monitoring.
  • •Oversee data issue management practices and monitor the health of data catalog metadata.
  • •Partner with engineering and enterprise functions to adopt and inform data flow standards across ingestion, transformation, access, and publishing.
  • •Lead cloud-native data source/tool innovations, including migration from on-prem to AWS, while managing and developing a team of data professionals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,700 - 229,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related) plus 7+ years of data analytics experience, or Master’s degree plus 5+ years (with degree expected by start date).
  • •At least 5 years of experience performing professional data analysis work.
  • •At least 5 years of experience leading and developing with open source data technologies.
  • •At least 2 years of experience managing people.
  • •Ability to apply data management practices and risk management frameworks in a complex, fast-moving environment.
