•Advocate for the engineering perspective in communication with product and design.
•Follow best development practices to drive continuous improvement and provide a quality strategy aligned with delivery goals.
•Support developers’ career growth with regular feedback and 1:1 meetings.

Key Requirements

•University degree in computing-related fields such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Systems Analysis and Development.
•Previous experience leading development teams.
•Strong fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and problem solving.
•Experience with backend (Java) and/or mobile (Android/Kotlin) development, including RESTful services and micro-services.
•Experience with Agile projects and Scrum methodology, plus software testing concepts (unit, integration, regression, test automation).
