Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise daily warehouse activities to ensure safe and efficient storage and retrieval of products/materials.
  • •Maintain optimum utilization and upkeep of warehouse storage facilities, and organize/manage stock takes.
  • •Maintain the integrated inventory management system database to ensure accuracy, standardization, and completeness.
  • •Manage daily inventory operations and ensure compliance with approved policies and procedures.
  • •Lead follow-up to resolve customer concerns by identifying errors and eliminating root causes using countermeasures, and support HSE initiatives/incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience with 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • •Knowledge of storekeeping and warehousing practices, including maintaining accurate records and using relevant software operations.
  • •Knowledge of warehouse and inventory control duties and daily inventory operations in compliance with policies and procedures.
  • •ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills required for success.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics related course or any related field.
