Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee data center commissioning activities on behalf of Eaton Field Service, locally and at cluster level if required.
  • •Provide the highest level of technical expertise in data center commissioning and support/train Local Field Service Engineers.
  • •Onboard, coach, and mentor new Field Service Engineers joining Eaton.
  • •Manage technical escalations, including support for engineers and customers, site visits, and driving escalations to conclusion.
  • •Perform Health & Safety audits of Field Service Engineers and subcontractors to ensure Eaton standards are maintained.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Installer electrical background with suitable electrical education; B.Sc. in Electrical engineering is an advantage.
  • •Three-phase electrical installation or maintenance experience.
  • •Good understanding of switch panels and power distribution.
  • •Fluent English and Finnish language skills.
  • •Professional communication and customer focus with flexibility to follow instructions and work in cross-cultural teams.
