Key Responsibilities

  • •Interpret and apply ASC 606 and US GAAP guidance for complex revenue arrangements, including drafting technical accounting memos.
  • •Implement and standardize revenue recognition processes, execute SOX controls for complex revenue recognition.
  • •Partner with Sales, Commercial Finance, Legal, IT, and FP&A to review contracts and advise on revenue recognition impacts during negotiations and modifications.
  • •Lead complex revenue close, reporting, and issue resolution with internal and external auditors.
  • •Oversee and develop the revenue recognition team, and support training delivery on policies and best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • •Advanced/professional qualifications such as ACCA or CPA are a strong advantage.
  • •8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and corporate roles.
  • •Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and complex revenue arrangements.
  • •3+ years managing a team and building local structures and processes (preferred: CoE or highly matrixed global experience).
