Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in predictive and preventative maintenance and machine repairs, including training on safe work methods.
  • •Plan and schedule maintenance in collaboration with Production, and develop maintenance systems including prevention/predictive maintenance, TPM, and SOPs.
  • •Provide day-to-day troubleshooting, problem analysis, and solutions for equipment failures.
  • •Develop and maintain KPIs and provide regular maintenance status reports to the maintenance management team.
  • •Ensure maintenance tasks comply with USDA regulations; maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory, and assume continuity responsibilities when key personnel are absent.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience acting as a lead by providing training, coaching, or mentoring, or managing a process or project.
  • •Ability to lead problem solving and troubleshooting efforts for high-level process issues.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
