•Lead store operations ensuring policies and procedures are followed per Sephora standards and manage floor, merchandising, inventory, and security tasks.
•Inspire and coach the team to meet operational KPIs and develop improvement plans to drive them.
•Oversee stock levels, merchandising, cash operations, and ensure tools like SBP, Mobile POS, gift wrapping, and engraving are used effectively.
•Reinforce sales policies and techniques learned at Sephora University and ensure adequate stock to drive sales targets for Sephora Collection.
•Coordinate with Category Managers and Supply Chain to ensure stock control, audits, and back-office processes are organized per BOM guidelines.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years’ experience in team and people management.
•Minimum 5 to 6 years’ experience in operations.
•Bachelor’s degree.
•English – Advanced level; Arabic is a plus.
•Intermediate product knowledge.
