Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead product design and systems engineering for new and legacy fuze products.
  • •Champion safety across products, processes, trials, and team working practices.
  • •Lead engineering teams to deliver programmes safely, effectively, and on schedule.
  • •Manage engineering risks, opportunities, and governance throughout the development lifecycle.
  • •Plan and deliver trials, technical reports, and engineering outputs with appropriate resourcing and capability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 58,258 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering, or an Apprenticeship with HNC/HND in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent).
  • •Proven track record of leading and managing engineering tasks and projects.
  • •Proven ability to produce high-quality engineering deliverables and technical reports to time and cost.
  • •Ability to mentor and develop others.
  • •A good understanding of trials, tests and evaluation of products and/or processes.
