Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ experience in the building engineering, design or construction sector, with progression into design management or multidisciplinary project leadership.
  • •Proven delivery experience on complex multidisciplinary projects, with airport terminal and/or aviation experience highly desirable.
  • •Strong understanding of multidisciplinary building design interfaces across architecture, structure, MEP, fire, security, and specialist engineering disciplines.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading design teams, coordinating consultants, and working directly with clients and key project stakeholders.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to bring together diverse technical disciplines and drive decisions.
